It is critical to assemble the rocker and mirror box with each corner forming a 90 degree angle. That is because the TeleKit is manufactured with close tolerances between these components. I spent way too much time insuring that the rocker and mirror box went together properly. I prepared an AutoCAD drawing for the rocker sides, plotted it out full scale and attached it to my work table. I then covered the drawing with visqueen. I positioned the four side pieces on top of the visqueen to insure that the sides were 90 degrees to each other. I then screwed pieces of 1x4 to the table along all inside and some outside faces of the rocker sides. Finally, I made a brace composed of a 1" dowel with pieces of 1x2 on each end to keep the short back rocker box board from bowing in or out.
